1. Why am I using Mokum’s Island Rosin?

Mokum’s Island Rosin contains the active ingredients tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabigerol (CBG) and very low levels
of cannabidiol (CBD). Mokum’s Island Rosin is not approved for any specific indication and should only be used to treat specific
conditions or symptoms authorised by your doctor.

2. What should I know before I use Mokum’s Island Dry Sift Rosin 1g – Vape Cartridge?

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to cannabis or any of the ingredients listed at the end of the CMI.
Talk to your doctor if you have any other medical conditions, take any other medicines, have a history of mental disorders,
have a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

3. What if I am taking other medicines?

4. How do I use Mokum’s Island Dry Sift Rosin 1g – Vape Cartridge?

• Follow all directions given to you by your doctor or pharmacist carefully.
• If you do not understand the instruction on the pharmacist dispensing label, ask your doctor or pharmacist for help.
• A titration period is required to reach optimal dose. The volume, number and timing of doses will vary between patients.
Your doctor will provide you with a treatment schedule based on your needs. Always use Mokum’s Island Rosin exactly as
your doctor has told you.
• Measure and dispense this medicine using a compatible 510-threat vaporization device under the guidance of your doctor

5. What should I know while using Mokum’s Island Dry Sift Rosin 1g – Vape Cartridge?

Things you
should do

• Tell your doctor if you have or have had any psychotic or concurrent disorder.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Tell your doctor if you become
pregnant while taking Mokum’s Island Rosin.
• Tell your doctor if you have or have had any allergies to cannabis or cannabis-based medicines.
• Take Mokum’s Island Rosin as your doctor has prescribed.
• Call your doctor straight away if you suspect that you are experiencing any side effects, or feel your
condition worsens or does not improve over the time suggested by your doctor

Things you
should not do

• Do not stop using Mokum’s Island Rosin suddenly.
• Do not take Mokum’s Island Rosin if you have an allergy to cannabis or cannabis-based medications.
• Do not take Mokum’s Island Rosin after the use-by (expiry) date printed on the packaging or if the
packaging shows signs of tampering.
• Do not take Mokum’s Island Rosin if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Do not give this medicine to anyone else, even if they have the same condition as you.

Driving or
using
machines

• Do not drive or operate machinery while taking Mokum’s Island Rosin.

Drinking
alcohol

• Avoid or limit the use of alcohol while taking Mokum’s Island Rosin.
• Combining Mokum’s Island Rosin and alcohol may increase their effects.

Looking after
your medicine

• Store Mokum’s Island Rosin in its original packaging.
• Store in a cool dry place (less than 25°C), away from moisture, heat and sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

6. Are there any side effects?

All medicines can have side effects. If you do experience any side effects, most of them are minor and temporary.
You are more likely to get side effects when you start your treatment. They are usually mild and wear off within a few hours.
However, some side effects may need medical attention.
Do not be alarmed by these lists of possible side effects. You may not experience any of them. Ask your doctor or pharmacist

Less serious side effects:

• Dry mouth
• Tiredness
• Dizziness

Serious side effects:

• Reduced physical control
• Severely impaired mental state
• Allergic reaction
• Irregular or fast heartbeat
