West Coast Palms x Golden Days Cultivators – Apple Fritter, I’ve been keen to try the WCP with the Australian grown flower from Golden Days.

After a bit of research I saw that this seems like their first run and to be honest it’s pretty damn good in my opinion. Super stoked to see Aussie indoor facilities kicking out good genetics and product.

From opening the Jar the smell hits you in the face. I actually found it to be quite pungent. From my perspective I got Green Apples, resin, a touch of diesel gas, a bit of baking spice and some pine and earthy notes upfront. Overall I found the aroma to be pleasant and alluring, making me want to taste it.

The buds are firm but moisture levels seem on point passing the squish test. Wasn’t crumbly and when ground made a nice kinetic sand texture.

The trim was pretty good for Australia. The calyxes are intact and not golf ball machined trim. You can see how many trichomes are still intact from the close up pics attached.

The sizes were majority big and they looked amazing, a 1/4 mids and a few smalls. Generally speaking I was impressed if this was in fact a first run. The bigs were really nice, one or two of the mids were okay – bit airy.

I vaporised this in my mighty plus initially at 190 > 200 degrees. I found it to be very relaxing, shoulders dropped, mind still remained clear with a few wondering thoughts. I had it before bed which led me to a really good sleep. Ache and pains generally eased and gave me a full body relax.

Taste wise it was similar to how it smelt. Found the resin and pine carried through along with some gas characteristics. The draw was surprisingly sweet.

Generally speaking it was tasty and smooth and the effects were on point for what I need.

This is great med cannabis and i’ll have it again for sure. I think it’s good value for money.
